Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier with tracking and signature drop-off.
Exceptions are made to measure products which may be shipped even after more than 2 working days from receipt of payment.
Whatever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a tracking code to follow your shipment online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the product and its size. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
