Fields of Use: Spray polychloroprene adhesive specifically for difficult bonding of plastic laminates, polyether and expanded polyurethanes to themselves, to wood, cork, metals, fabrics, wadding, fibreglass, hides and leather. Due to its high thermal resistance, it is particularly recommended for bonding leather and synthetic parts in the automotive sector.

Means of Use: Spray gun with nozzle diameter 1.8/2.0 mm and air pressure not less than 4/5 atm. Spraying via cup gun, double membrane pump or immersion.
How to use: Make sure that the materials to be glued are clean and do not have traces of dust or residues from other processes. In the presence of metal sheets, it is advisable to degrease them with acetone or trichloroethylene (it is absolutely not recommended to use nitro solvents); spray a uniform layer of adhesive on both supports from a distance of about 50 cm, wait about 5 minutes (depending on environmental conditions) to allow the solvents to evaporate, then join the two parts by pressing them. The bonding is to be considered complete only after 48 hours. Packaging:
