Upholstery glue . 850 gram pack. Brush application, Italian product. High resolution welding glue for gluing: foam rubber and expanded polyurethanes, fabrics, eco-leather, all types of fabrics, carpets, rugs, cardboard, paper, sound-absorbing panels, plastic laminates, wood, plywood, chipboard, cork, metals (sheet metal) and car roof lining.
USE: High temperature resistant glue based on polychloroprene and resins in solution with high thermal resistance, approximately 80°C. It is applied with a brush or spatula on both surfaces to be glued, properly cleaned from any traces of grease and dust, leaving the solvent to dry perfectly. It has a time of approximately 15-20 minutes at 18-25°: this characteristic, combined with a rapid evaporation of the solvent, allows the parts to be coupled in a relatively short time with a very strong initial grip. In the case of application with a tip, proceed as follows: spread the adhesive inside the upper, immediately apply the tip, spread additional product on the tip and close everything with the lining. The dry product is odorless, flexible and resistant to aging. The glued products demonstrate an excellent initial grip with a strong resistance to detachment immediately after having coupled the parts. If you wish to check the adhesion strength with tensile tests, keep in mind that the final grip develops after at least 48 hours.
