Shipping your parcel
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier with tracking and signature delivery.
Exceptions are custom-made products which may be shipped more than 2 working days after receipt of payment.
Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a tracking code to follow your shipment online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the product and its size. We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.
