Description

Frabo Adhesives High-Temperature Spray Adhesive is a polychloroprene adhesive designed for professional applications. Thanks to its heat resistance of up to 90°C, it is perfect for bonding automotive sky textiles, plastic and metal laminates, wood, polyurethane foam and other materials, guaranteeing a long-lasting and resistant result.

Main features:

  • Heat resistance: Up to 90°C, ideal for use in harsh conditions.
  • Basis: Rubber and synthetic resins in solution with organic solvents.
  • Colour: Reddish straw colour.
  • Fast application: Strong initial tack with fast drying.
  • Packaging: 4.5 kg tin, ideal for large-scale work.

Fields of use:

  • Perfect for the automotive sector: Specifically for bonding automotive sky fabrics, leather and synthetic materials.
  • Suitable for plastic and metal laminates, wood, cork, polyurethane foam, natural and synthetic fabrics, leather and regenerated materials.

Instructions for use:

  1. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be glued, removing dust and grease.
  2. Spray the glue evenly on both surfaces from a distance of approx. 50 cm.
  3. Allow to dry for approx. 5 minutes (depending on ambient conditions).
  4. Join the surfaces by applying light pressure.
  5. Gluing will be final after 48 hours.

Warnings:

  • Store at room temperature and close containers tightly after use.
  • Stir before application.
  • Use a spray gun with nozzle 1.8/2.0 mm and pressure 4/5 atm.
