Upholsteryglue. Pack of 850 grams. Brush application Italian product. High resolution glue for gluing: foam rubber and polyurethane foam, fabrics, eco-leather, fabrics of all kinds, carpets, carpeting, cardboard, paper, soundproofing panels, plastic laminates, wood, chipboard plywood, cork, metal (sheet metal) and car roof lining.
USE: High-temperature resistant glue based on polychloroprene and resins in solution with high heat resistance, approx. 80°C. It is applied by brush or spatula on both surfaces to be glued, suitably cleaned of any traces of grease and dust, allowing the solvent to dry perfectly. It has a curing time of about 15-20 minutes at 18-25°: this characteristic, together with the rapid evaporation of the solvent, allows the parts to be bonded in a relatively short time with a very strong initial tack. In the case of toe-puff application, proceed as follows: spread the adhesive on the inside of the upper, apply the toe-puff immediately, spread further product on the toe-puff and close with the liner. The dry product is odourless, flexible and resistant to ageing. The bonded parts show excellent initial grip with strong peel strength immediately after bonding. Should you wish to verify the bond strength by means of tensile tests, please note that final setting develops after at least 48 hours.
